Bookings are made directly with Spheredivers Homestay and Scuba Diving at Reservations@spheredivers.com. Once dates and availability have been confirmed, the property can be held for 3 days if time is required to book flights. Once a booking form has been received, your places will be held for 14 days awaiting deposit. On payment of the deposit, the booking will be confirmed. You will also be advised of the balance and due date. On receipt of full payment (not less than 30 days before your arrival date to Sabah) all details such as nationality, passport number, diver certification level, gender, whether travelling single or as a couple, flight details, transfers, and hotels needed in Sabah. Additional tours and anything else you wish us to arrange for you.
Any child who is a certified diver, no matter what age, and will be diving must pay full
There is a 30% deposit payable on booking. The deposit must be made within 14 days of your initial booking. Otherwise your booking will be cancelled without notice. The balance is payable 30 days before your arrival date to Sabah. If a booking is made 30 days or less before your arrival to Sabah, full payment is required on your booking. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates.
In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation charges applies:

No refund will be made for any part of the diving trip, transfers, side tours, hotels, meals, flights, and others not utilized by you once the trip has departed from their place of origin.
All guests will be required to sign a Liability / Release Form (Waiver) before or upon arrival and abide by all diving and safety rules of the homestay.
The homestay operate diving all year round but cannot predict the weather conditions. The homestay will not promise perfect weather even during the best diving season.
If you are a diver, you will be required to show proof of diver training from an internationally recognized Diver Training Agency upon arrival or you will not be allowed to dive without taking a dive course. The Homestay reserves the right to require a Scuba Skills Refresher Course for any diver who cannot provide proof of diving in the last 12 months and / or exhibits uncertainty in their skills. Bringing along your log books are highly recommended.
